The leading commercial real estate group Raine & Horne Commercial has landed a significant coup with four renowned real estate specialists who have agreed to run their firmly anchored brand on the NSW Central Coast.
The local quartet of Geoff Tilden, Brad Rogers, Sue Tilden and Naomi Rogers will run Raine & Horne Commercial’s business on the Central Coast.
Mr. Tilden, who began his real estate career selling commercial and industrial property in Sydney in the 1980s, is the director of thriving Raine & Horne Gosford and Raine & Horne East Gosford.
Mr. Rogers joined Raine & Horne Commercial on the Central Coast in 2016, having first worked in the industry at Raine & Horne Commercial Penrith nearly two decades ago.
In 2020, Mr. Rogers was one of Raine & Horne Commercial’s top sellers for number of sales transactions, which ended up in second place.
As an experienced property manager, Ms. Rogers will be responsible for the property management services of the commercial real estate company.
Ms. Rogers’ experience spans eight years in residential real estate and 15 years in commercial real estate management.
This commercial experience spanned seven years with NSW government departments such as Central Coast Regional Development Corporation, Hunter Central Coast Development Corporation, and the Office of Strategic Lands.
Recognized as one of Australia’s premier property managers and administrators, Ms. Tilden will oversee the management of the company and she has over three decades of commercial property experience working with Mr. Tilden.
Angus Raine, Executive Chairman of the Raine & Horne Group, said the team is a fantastic coup for the national retail real estate brand.
“Investors and business owners on the Central Coast are very familiar with Geoff, Brad, Naomi and Sue and a nationally recognized brand like Raine & Horne Commercial,” said Raine.
“Geoff has been in the commercial real estate business since the 1980s, with an extensive commercial real estate management portfolio and an extensive network of developers on the Central Coast. Geoff is really well connected. “
Mr. Tilden has also made many significant sales, including the sale of the former Bunnings property in West Gosford to BRW richlist Tony Denny for $ 12.5 million.
He works closely with one of Australia’s leading private and diversified real estate development companies, the Stevens Group, based on the Central Coast.
“Brad is also a big name in the Central Coast commercial real estate, recognized for his professionalism and unwavering commitment to delivering the best results for his clients,” said Raine.
While the office on The Entrance Rd in Erina will have fantastic visibility, the establishment of another office in Tuggerah is also planned. According to Raine, this office will cover the expanding industrial and warehouse markets in the northern Central Coast region.
A PASSION FOR COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE
Mr Tilden said he was excited about the prospect of adding Raine & Horne Commercial Central Coast to his collection of residential offices.
“I’ve always wanted to run a commercial real estate office,” he said.
“The timing was never right, however. We now believe the opportunity is there and we will continue with Raine & Horne Commercial Central Coast 100 mph. ”
Mr. Tilden said the experience and knowledge backed by a national brand is what sets Raine & Horne Commercial Central Coast apart.
“Whether they are buying, selling or leasing, our customers can be assured that they are dealing with the owners of the business and not a seller,” he said.
“I have a huge database of contacts and between Brad and myself I’m pretty confident we’ve covered the Central Coast.”
Mr. Tilden is also pleased to connect with Mr. Rogers because of his reputation as the commercial ethics agent.
“Working with Brad means Raine & Horne Commercial will continue to be a leading provider of commercial real estate on the Central Coast,” he said.
NoATIONAL BRAND AWARENESS
The stronger and better known branding associated with Raine & Horne Commercial is a key difference for commercial property landlords and renters on the Central Coast, according to Rogers.
“Business owners, investors and developers on the Central Coast or Sydney are more comfortable working with a nationally recognized and respected commercial real estate specialist like Raine & Horne Commercial,” he said.
“Our feedback has always been that owners and investors want to offer their commercial property with a recognized brand with a national breakthrough, regardless of whether they are selling or renting.”
INDUSTRIAL REAL ESTATE DEMAND ROBUST ON THE CENTRAL COAST
Rogers said inventory levels in the industrial sell and lease markets are extremely limited as companies in the sector are doing well and need more space.
“The Central Coast businesses that do not rely on overseas supply chains have recovered very well and are producing more locally than they were before the pandemic and now have more orders and need larger space,” said Rogers.
“This demand means that the commercial property market in this region is very liquid and that property owners are selling better than we have ever seen, especially if the buyer is owner-occupier.
“If an owner is toying with the idea of selling a commercial property, the timing couldn’t be better right now, especially when you work with the right broker like Raine & Horne Commercial Central Coast.”
