The leading commercial real estate group Raine & Horne Commercial has landed a significant coup with four renowned real estate specialists who have agreed to run their firmly anchored brand on the NSW Central Coast.

The local quartet of Geoff Tilden, Brad Rogers, Sue Tilden and Naomi Rogers will run Raine & Horne Commercial’s business on the Central Coast.

Mr. Tilden, who began his real estate career selling commercial and industrial property in Sydney in the 1980s, is the director of thriving Raine & Horne Gosford and Raine & Horne East Gosford.

He also manages an extensive commercial property portfolio. Mr. Tilden founded his original residential office in Gosford in 1990 with Sue Tilden.

Mr. Rogers joined Raine & Horne Commercial on the Central Coast in 2016, having first worked in the industry at Raine & Horne Commercial Penrith nearly two decades ago.

In 2020, Mr. Rogers was one of Raine & Horne Commercial’s top sellers for number of sales transactions, which ended up in second place.

As an experienced property manager, Ms. Rogers will be responsible for the property management services of the commercial real estate company.

Ms. Rogers’ experience spans eight years in residential real estate and 15 years in commercial real estate management.
