Residential Properties is expanding its East Greenwich office with the addition of sales representative Arianna Petrocelli

Residential Properties Ltd. is pleased to announce the addition of Sales Representative Arianna Petrocelli to the team of real estate professionals based in our East Greenwich office. Arianna has a passion for real estate, which she learned at a young age from her father, an avid real estate investor. A lifelong Rhode Island resident, she continues to be inspired by its many special qualities.

school ties

She graduated from Rhode Island College with a bachelor’s degree in elementary and special education, Arianna received her master’s degree in early childhood education. She taught in the North Providence school system for 10 years and maintained deep local ties. Her love of real estate was rekindled when she bought her home in Cranston. “Six years ago I bought my first house, a foreclosure, and completely rehabilitated that house,” Petrocelli noted. “Later I sold this property and bought a condominium, which I also renovated. This has made my interest in real estate even stronger.”

Arianna chose RPL because it was highly recommended by many in her network. Having developed an appreciation for the close, personal attention she exemplified in her educational career, she wanted to find a real estate company that aligned with her values. “It was important that I do my due diligence and find a company that has the same commitment and attention to detail that I have,” said Petrocelli. “I wanted to work for a company that has a great reputation and has residential properties. I love how motivated, knowledgeable and welcoming everyone in the office is – that’s why I knew this company would be the best fit for me.”
