Dave Green is known throughout the Delaware coast real estate industry for his ability to successfully work with clients, investors, developers and colleagues. Green has been a real estate investor since 1988. He received his real estate license in 1998 and focused on land development, commercial and residential real estate. He has been directly involved in 50 subdivision developments across Delaware and also owns the Harbor Homes construction company. A native of Somers Point, New Jersey, Green spent his summer of 1994 on the Delaware coast. He spent his winters in Colorado, where he owned snowboard stores in Frisco and Copper Mountain. His love of construction and real estate is also reflected in his educational background, with degrees in construction appraisal and training as a plant engineer and tower crane operator.

Dale Brown is a well known and respected Delaware coast real estate professional focusing on residential and commercial real estate, large lots, and new housing developments. After obtaining his real estate license in 1995, Brown worked with business partner Dave Green to successfully make real estate sales well in excess of $ 300,000,000 in their career to date. Together, Green and Brown have worked with buyers and sellers to sell many of the most notable commercial properties in southern Delaware, including Jimmy’s Grille in Bridgeville. Shark’s Cove in Fenwick; Captain’s table in Rehoboth Beach; Mariner’s Plaza in Lewes; Starboard raw at Dewey Beach; Catch 54 in Fenwick Island; and fins in Rehoboth. Her development projects included Ross Station and Saddlebrook in Seaford and Marsh Homestead in Lewes. Brown’s roots in Sussex County date back to the 1930s when his parents owned land in Dewey Beach. He spent all of his summers at the beach, with a 10 year lifeguard engagement at Dewey Beach from 1978-88. After attending college and playing soccer at Wesley College and West Virginia University, he returned to the beaches of Delaware. He is an avid nature lover and sportsman, a merchant marine, Captain of the US Coast Guard and Captain of Cape Water Taxi and Tours since 1984. He is actively involved across the community after coaching Rehoboth Little League softball and baseball as well as the Cape Henlopen golf team. Brown still enjoys working in the local hospitality industry. He and his wife Barbara have a daughter, Alexis, in the Cape Town School District, and two lovable dogs, Aspen and Marley, to round out their beach family.

Jeff Hecker recently joined the brokerage business at Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty, having originally worked with a team within the brokerage firm since 2017. During his time with the Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s team, Hecker has generated sales of more than $ 20 million and helped both buyers and sellers achieve their dream homes. In 2021, he was recognized nationwide for his professionalism and excellent property quality, received the Five Star Real Estate Agent Award and was inducted into the national register of the Who’s Who of the Marquis in America. Hecker brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from his previous career as vice president of digital marketing, e-commerce and creative for South Moon Under and director of operations and analysis for Urban Outfitters, e-commerce division. With a degree in Marketing and Minors in International Business and French from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, Hecker is uniquely positioned as a problem solver, bringing buyers and sellers together where obstacles might otherwise seem insurmountable.

David Levenson obtained his Delaware real estate license in 2017 and recently moved directly to Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty after working with a team within the broker. He has listed and sold residential properties on the Delaware coast and secured additional licenses in Maryland, Florida and Tennessee. With a degree in Political Science and Economics from Temple University, Levenson had a very successful career in steel sales for a variety of companies ranging from small family businesses to multinational companies like Kloeckner Metals Corporation. After working with local builders throughout high school and college and then working closely with his general contractor when he built his Lewes customs house in 2001, Levenson decided to steer his interest in real estate towards helping local buyers and sellers . His attention to detail, exceptional listening and communication skills, as well as excellent negotiating skills have proven invaluable to his clients.

Kim Dyer recently joined the broker after a successful career as a sales director in the paper industry. As a Lewes resident and current volunteer for the Refugee and Migrant Education Network and the Blessing Foundation, Dyer completed Villanova University’s interdisciplinary immigration studies training for lawyers – a new educational program that trains students to be lawyers for immigrant willing migrants and refugees to serve. After seeing the difference a great realtor made in realizing her long-standing dream of relaxing on the Delaware coast, Dyer found her career in real estate. “Buying and selling a home is a monumental event, and as someone who believes in the value of hard work, communication, excellence, and integrity, it was an obvious and exciting career choice for me,” said Dyer.

Steph Parker is from Montgomery County, Md. She spent most summers in Bethany Beach. After graduating from the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in political science, she worked in advertising, lobbying, and public policy in and around Washington, DC. After serving an executive position at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in Bethesda, Md., Parker decided to pursue her lifelong passion for real estate by moving to the Delaware beaches and joining the professional team at Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty. As an experienced negotiator, she works tirelessly to ensure that the interests of her customers are professionally conveyed and represented throughout the entire sales process. As an avid strategist and sports fan, Parker is actively involved in fantasy football and hockey leagues as well as in competitive contractual bridges.

Stacy Ward was born and raised in Maryland. Having lived in Baltimore and on the beaches, she uses her extensive knowledge of both areas to help buyers and sellers alike. In today’s competitive buyers market, Ward was able to secure second homes to multiple buyers over the past year and help their sellers get top bucks for their listings. Her educational background has proven extremely valuable to her career in real estate, which began in 2016. She approaches real estate as well as teaching by communicating effectively, acquiring and imparting complex knowledge in a clear manner, and keeping others calm when under pressure and staying organized. She has a masters degree in education and is also a photographer.
