Nevada Supreme Court takes on COVID fight at Las Vegas Mall

By Riley Murdock (Aug. 4, 2022 at 9:55 p.m. EDT) — The Nevada Supreme Court is considering whether to dismiss a Las Vegas mall’s case against its insurer over whether it is owed for pandemic-related losses, according to a series of Supreme Court filings, including a plea by an insurance industry group to end the lawsuit before a jury hears it.
