Local property management company and high rise community partner to meet local school needs
BALTIMORE, September 28, 2021 / PRNewswire-PRWeb / – a Saturday September 25th, FirstService Residential, the leading housing management company in North America, has partnered with staff and residents of one of its managed high-rise communities – Silo Point – as well as local businesses to spend its day of service benefiting the Francis Scott Key Elementary / Middle School in. to hold Baltimore city.

A group of nearly 40 sponsors and well over 100 volunteers spent the day doing numerous projects at the school, including:
Painting of several outdoor areas.
Several landscape improvements.
Extensive landscape maintenance, clearing of garden areas, mulch replacement and new plantings.
Flush the sidewalks under pressure and restore the school parking lot.
Interior cleaning of the school and steam cleaning of all carpets.
Extensive general repairs by the Silo Point Maintenance Team.
New outdoor tables installed and stained.
Wash all school windows.
Collecting donations for school supplies.
Donate mulch debris (nearly 20 meters) to the Locust Point Civic Association for use in nearby Latrobe Park.
