Broker says housing supply is low as 2,000 Disney employees plan to move to Lake Nona

ORANGE COUNTY, Florida. – One day after Walt Disney World announced that it would move 2,000 high-wage jobs from Southern California to Lake Nona, the question arose: where will they live?

The latest market report from the Orlando Realtors Association for June shows housing supply is down 53% from June 2020. Demand drove the average price of a home to $ 315,000, which averaged $ 300,000 last month.
