Borelli Construction Reveals Plans for New Luxury Model in Park Shore

Borelli Construction, a leading local custom home builder celebrating more than 40 years in Naples, has unveiled plans for its newest luxury model in the Park Shore waterfront community.

Located at 719 Willowhead Drive, this soft, modern, southern coastal style residence will offer five en-suite bedrooms and a study with toilet, and will comprise 5,754 square meters of air-conditioned living space for a total of 7,526 square meters. Construction is expected to start at the end of this year, with completion expected in winter 2022.

Designed by JMDG Architecture of Naples, this new home will have a great room floor plan with a large open area in the middle that will serve as an ideal setting for entertaining friends and family. The spacious great room is conveniently located just steps from the main entrance foyer and has a built-in wet bar and a 30-inch, full-size Sub-Zero wine and beverage refrigerator.

The great space will blend seamlessly with the kitchen, which has an island bar, sleek quartzite countertops, modernized European-style cabinets, and top-notch Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. A built-in Miele coffee and espresso machine ensures fresh, delicious coffee at home. In the back of the kitchen there is a large butler sideboard with a microwave, an undercounter refrigerator and an additional dishwasher.

The luxurious master suite will be tucked to one side at the rear of the house for privacy and will include a separate seating area with a morning bar. The master suite’s design features include vaulted ceilings and an oversized walk-in closet with custom storage systems.

The main bathroom will feature a large freestanding bathtub, spacious walk-in shower and separate sinks with European-style cabinets, marble countertops and designer bathroom fittings.

The remaining bedrooms and bathrooms will be on the first and second floors of the house. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom, making it the perfect place to accommodate friends, family or other long-term guests. The study is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance and an additional bar that give it a lounge feel.

The interior design of this new model home will showcase the cool transitional style that Borelli has become known for. All floors in the main areas and bedrooms are completed with Legno Bastone plank European white oak, and extra-large moldings and skirting boards are provided in each room.

The large room is connected to a spacious covered veranda via Euro-Wall pocket sliders, which can be fully opened and is protected by retractable screens and storm shutters. The outdoor area will feature a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a hooded gas grill and casual dining and seating areas. The large bespoke swimming pool will include a spacious sun shelf, spa and fountain with an adjoining deck area for sitting around a fire pit.

The gas heated pool and spa, 48-inch Wolf range, two gas water heaters, outdoor grill and fireplace, whole house generator, and fire pit are all powered by a 1,000 gallon underground propane tank. A three car garage is added which provides additional storage space for a third vehicle or other items. Right behind the main garage will be an entire house, a backup generator.

The entire home will be fully equipped with Creston automation technology that will allow owners to control entire environments at the touch of a button, including audio / video, lighting, shading, air conditioning and security. An extensive video camera system will also ensure optimum security outside. The property will also feature lush tropical landscaping and landscaping lighting.

Other exterior design features include a concrete tile roof; elegant 12 foot front doors; Andersen Impact Window; custom Bahamian shutters; Designer lights; and gray mixed brick pavement entrance lanes and a circular driveway.

This home has all of the advantages of an “in-town” location, including short strolls to upscale shopping and dining and the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico at Clam Pass Park.

Residential property owners within the Park Shore Clad Subdivision are also eligible for annual membership of the Park Shore Association, which gives exclusive access to Raymond Lutgert Park on Park Shore. This member-only private beach park is located directly on Gulf Shore Boulevard North and has convenient parking, showers, and restrooms for beachgoers.

Another perk for Park Shore residents is the ability to lease or purchase available boat docks on Gulf Shore Boulevard North. These receipts are privately owned and are offered separately.
