A A 20 acre property on the east side of Tucson recently sold for $ 4,080,000, making it the city’s most expensive multiple listing property sale in southern Arizona since 2007. The property at 1416 N. Smokey Springs is 8,860 square feet large house with six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a four car garage and a guest house.
